    The School of Management at KIET Deemed-to-be University successfully organised MEDIA CONCLAVE 2026 on 30th January 2026, bringing together eminent media professionals from leading national news organisations on the topic- From Indian Knowledge Systems to Modern Management. The conclave provided a dynamic a A platform for interaction between media experts, academicians, and students, focusing on emerging trends, ethical communication, and the evolving media Ecosystem.

    The event at KIET Deemed-to-be University witnessed the participation of distinguished guests from the media houses such as ZEE Media, Press Trust of India, News State, Times Now Network, and Doordarshan News. The speakers shared valuable insights on digital transformation, broadcast journalism, newsroom dynamics, and professional ethics.

    • Dr Adesh Kumar Pandey – Director Academics, KIET, stated, “MEDIA CONCLAVE 2026 reflects our commitment to providing industry exposure and experiential learning opportunities that prepare students to meet real-world media challenges with confidence and competence.”

    • Dr Binkey Srivastava, Dean, KIET School of Management, remarked, “Such interactions with leading media professionals help our students understand industry expectations, ethical responsibilities, and emerging career opportunities in media and communication.”

    • Mr Rajesh Kumar – Assistant Executive Producer, ZEE Media, emphasised the relevance of Indian Knowledge Systems in shaping ethical leadership, strategic thinking and sustainable management practices in modern organisations.

      Ms Reema Gautam, a media speaker, elaborated on core principles from ancient Indian texts, such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata, demonstrate theirapplication in contemporary decision-making and governance models.

    • Mr Pratyush Ranjan, Chief Editor, Digital Services, AI Integration Press Trust of India (PTI), highlighted how integrating IKS and AI into management education can enhance value-based learning, holistic development, and long-term organisational effectiveness.

    • Mr Gaurav Kishor Sharma – Senior Anchor, News State provided, the speaker connected traditional Indian wisdom with present-day managerial challenges, focusing on leadership resilience, ethics, and people- entric management.

    • Ms Priya Sinha – Executive Anchor, Times Now Network: She spoke about the importance of blending indigenous knowledge systems with modern management frameworks to create contextually relevant and culturally rooted leaders.

    • Dr Tumul Vats Kacker – Senior Producer, Doordarshan News: He provided insights into public broadcasting, Indian Knowledge Systems, as a foundation for responsible and sustainable management practices, and conducted a healthy discussion with the students.
