SOIL 2026 MBA Admission: Eligibility Criteria

For a candidate to get an MBA admission to SOIL Gurgaon, they must ensure that they have cleared the basic eligibility criteria. The following points mentioned below highlight the SOIL Gurgaon MBA eligibility criteria.

  • Candidates applying for SOIL admission must have completed their bachelor’s degree of 3 years after 10+2 with a minimum ≥50% aggregate in any discipline from a UGC/AIU-recognised university.

  • Final year students (appearing for 2026) are required to submit a certificate confirming 50% marks in aggregate for SOIL 2026 admission. After this, candidates must submit their degree certificates and final marksheet on or before October 1, 2026, to confirm MBA admission 2026-28.

The SOIL Gurgaon admission process involves several shortlisting stages, from filling out the SOIL MBA application form to appearing for the personal interview; all are considered in the SOIL Institute of Management admission process.

  • Candidates are required to fill out the SOIL application form with relevant details like academic background, extra-curricular activities, and a valid score in any one of the following national examinations: CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT, SNAP, or ATMA for a successful application process.

  • In the SOIL profile shortlisting, candidates are shortlisted based on their leadership potential, academic excellence, extra-curricular activities, intellectual capacity, and work experience (if any).

  • Shortlisted candidates are called for a group exercise (design thinking workshop) and a personal interview. During a 60-75-minute-long group exercise, candidates work in teams to solve real-life problems through design thinking principles.

  • In a 30-45-minute personal interview, candidates interact with panel faculty and industry experts, discussing academic background, work experience, future aspirations, and motivations.

  • The SOIL MBA admission final results are declared within four weeks of the general exercise and personal interview. Expected outcomes are selected for the MBA admission 2026-28, re-invitation for the second interview, or regret mail of non-selection.

SOIL 2026 Admission: Refund and Cancellation Policy

Candidates are advised to pay attention while taking the SOIL Gurgaon MBA admission process and must go through the refund and cancellation policy to prevent inconvenience at later stages of admission.

  • If the candidate requests to withdraw before the commencement of the induction, orientation, foundation, academic session, or course, then the entire fee will be refunded after deduction of a processing fee of not more than Rs. 1000 by the institution.

  • If the student leaves the MBA program after commencement of the induction, orientation, foundation, academic session, or course, and the seat is consequently filled by another candidate, then the institution shall refund the entire amount of the admission fee after deducting Rs. 1000 processing fee.

  • If the vacated seat is not filled by any other candidate, then the institute is liable to pay only the security deposit and return all the documents to the student.

  • Need-Based Scholarship: The Need-Based Scholarship helps students who are financially weak to pursue PGDM. Those students whose family income is below Rs. 8,00,000 in the previous financial year are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
