Every candidate, in order to apply for the DU JAT 2020 exam must have qualified/cleared the board examinations, conducted by a recognised board. The Senior Secondary School Examination must be of CBSE or any other examination which was considered equivalent by the University of Delhi.
Candidates who had appeared in the senior secondary examinations and were awaiting their results were eligible to apply as well.
Candidates relating to the General Category should have an aggregate of minimum 60 per cent in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi. List of subjects is given below:
Computer Science/ Informatics Practices
As per the DU JAT 2020 eligibility criteria, the minimum percentage requirement for the reserved category, (namely SC, ST, CW, and PwD category) candidates is 55 per cent.
The minimum percentage requirement for the OBC (non-creamy) candidates is 54 per cent in each of Selection Procedure of DU JAT 2020 the four papers considered for computing the aggregate. The OBC candidates were given a relaxation of 10 per cent in the minimum eligibility marks for getting admissions and for the DU JAT 2020 test and relaxation of 10 per cent of the minimum eligibility marks predefined for General/UR Category candidates.
In case of candidates in the final year or awaiting their board results, they were needed to produce the confirmed result and mark-sheet of the qualifying examination on the day of the DU JAT 2020 Counselling/ Selection Procedure for admission in BMS/BBA (FIA)/ B.A (Hons) Business Economics programs.
Candidates without any result confirmation mark-sheets were not considered as eligible and were not allowed for admissions.
In case of candidates belonging to any other category except general (OBC-Non creamy layer/SC/ST/PwD/CW), needed to produce their category certificate at the final admission procedure.
As per the DU JAT 2020 eligibility criteria, candidates with the situation of compartment/failing in any of the subjects will not be eligible
Also, candidates who had appeared for XII class improvement papers will not eligible to apply for DU JAT for the current year. They might apply next year for the same.
Age Limit: As per DU JAT eligibility criteria, there is no age limit to apply for DU JAT 2020

DU JAT Eligibility Criteria 2020: Reservation of seats for all category candidates:
As per the norms of authorities, there is given reservation of seats for all categories candidates which is mentioned below:
For General Candidates: 10 per cent of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for General Category candidates.
For OBC Candidates: 27 per cent seats will be reserved for the candidates belonging to the OBC category. OBC candidates will be provided with a relaxation of 10 per cent in the minimum eligibility criteria of DU JAT 2020 of the mentioned course.
For SC/ST Candidates: A total of 22 per cent of the total number of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) – 15 per cent for SC and 7 per cent for ST.
Note: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) are given five per cent relaxation in terms of their eligibility and merit for admission to the course concerned.

DU JAT is usually conducted once in a year for the undergraduate programme.

DUJAT exam consist of 100 questions with 2 hours of time duration.The question paper will be MCQ based and there will be four options for each questions.
DU JAT exam contains 4 subjects which is Reasoning and Analytical Ability,Quantitative Ability,General English,Business and General Awarness.For Every correct answer will awarded with 4 marks and for every wrong answer 1 marks will be deducted.
