What is CUET PG MBA 2026 Exam For?

CUET PG exam is an all-India level entrance exam conducted jointly by 12 central universities for admission in UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses offered in all the participating institutions. CUET PG MBA 2026 exam is specifically conducted for general MBA admission to MBA colleges and Universities. Some of the top MBA colleges accepting CUET PG scores for MBA admission include BHU Varanasi, Graphic Era University, BBAU Lucknow, Galgotias University and others. Till 2020, the Central University of Rajasthan was the conducting body of the CUET PG MBA exam. In 2021, NTA took over the conduct of the MBA entrance exam.

CUET PG MBA 2026 Eligibility Criteria

NTA commenced the application form for CUET MBA 2026 on December 14, 2025, in online mode. The last date to fill out the CUET PG 2026 MBA registration form is January 14, 2026. CUET PG MBA 2026 application form is available in online mode only. Candidates can refer to the following steps while filling out the application form of CUET PG MBA 2026.

Steps to Fill CUET PG MBA Application Form 2026

Step 1 - New CUET PG MBA registration 2026

• Visit the official website of CUET PG 2026
• Click on “Click here for new registration”

Step 2 - Fill out the registration form

Candidates will have to provide a few details to create CUET MBA 2026 login credentials such as (application ID and password)

Step 4 - Now enter the academic qualification

Candidates will have to enter the following past academic details

• Matriculation (Class 10) and Intermediate (Class 10+2)
• Subject of the exam
  • School/ College name
  • Board/ University name
  • Passing year
  • Percentage of marks

Step 5 - Upload required documents (Photograph and Signature) and enter exam centre preference

At this stage, candidates need to upload the requisite documents and select the exam centre preference.

• Scanned photographe (File size- 20 KB to 50 KB and extension should be .jpeg or .jpg)
• Scanned signature (File size- 10 KB to 20 KB and extension should be .jpeg or .jpg)
• Now enter CUET exam centre preference
• Now click on “Save & Proceed” button

Step 6 - Enter University & Program details

Candidates can choose at least three universities and programmes as per their preference. In case a candidate wants to choose more than two programs, they can do so by paying an additional fee of Rs 700/- (General), Rs. 600 (EWS/OBC-NC/SC/ST).

Step 7 - Preview and edit CUET application form 2026 (if needed)

Now, candidates can re-check their filled CUET MBA appliction form by clicking on the “Preview” tab and they can also edit the same before final submission.

Step 8 - Final submission and CUET PG MBA 2026 application fee payment

After previewing the CUET MBA 2026 application form, candidates need to click on the “Submit” button and pay the application fee for the same.

CUET PG MBA 2026 Exam Pattern: Key Highlights

What is the CUET exam pattern for PG MBA? As per CUET PG MBA 2026 exam pattern, the name of sections from which questions will be asked, exam mode as well as total time duration is mentioned below:

• Number of sections- There will be a total of four sections as per the CUET PG MBA 2026 syllabus namely, English/Verbal Ability, Maths / Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning with 25 questions each.
• Mode of exam- CUET PG MBA 2026 will be conducted in computer-based mode.
• Number of questions- The total number of questions will be 100.
• Type of questions - The questions will be of objective type (MCQs).
• Total time duration - Candidates will be given 120 minutes to complete the test.
• Marking scheme - 1 mark will be awarded for every correct response.
• Negative marking - 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

NTA will release the list of test cities from where the entrance exam will be taken.
