SPJIMR Mumbai Admission Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants looking forward to pursuing PGDM programme in SPJIMR, Mumbai, needed to meet certain eligibility criteria without which that would not be granted admission.
Applicants must obtain a consistent academic background. Performance in high school (i.e., 10th and 12th grades) and every year of graduation are considered in the selection process of SPJIMR. The aggregate percentage of marks or CGPA of all subjects mentioned on the transcript will be considered during SPJIMR admission.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by an institute that is deemed to be as a University in the applicant’s country of residence.
Final year graduation candidates and those who have completed the degree but areawaiting results can also apply. However, applicants should have obtained 50 percent marks or equivalent in the latest exam that has been completed. In such a case, applicants must provide a provisional certificate from the Principal/ Registrar of his/ her institute/ college stating that s/he has appeared for all the exams and has completed all the obligations required to obtain the degree. Such applicants, if selected by the panel, have to provide the degree awarded by the University latest by December 31, 2020, until which the registration will be considered as provisional. The registration to the programme will stand cancelled if applicants fail to submit the degree by December 31, 2020.
If any institute provides grades/CGPA instead of a percentage score, a conversion of theSame will be required. If no conversion is available/ provided, then the admissions office will calculate the percentage by dividing the CGPA obtained to the highest CGPA possible and multiplying the result by 100.
Work experience - Although work experience is not mandatory for the PGDM programme, graduates with up to five years of work experience can apply for the same. However, those with more than five years of experience are encouraged to apply to SPJIMR’s PGPM programme. Aspirants will need to provide proof of work experiences such as offer letter, salary slips and an experience letter.
Age Limit - There is no age limit attached to the eligibility criteria of SPJIMR Mumbai admission.

SPJIMR Mumbai Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on the composite score, which will take into account the applicants’Profile, past academic record, entrance test scores (CAT/XAT/GMAT), relevance of work experience (if any) and performance in the two rounds of group interviews. They will also be expected to meet the qualifying scores in at least one of the management entrance exams. The profiles are scored and applicants will be sorted into two groups-

There are two separate cutoff for SP JAIN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT MUMBAI -:
1) 95 percentile if you doesn't have a good profile.
2) 85 percentile if you have a good profile.
A good profile means having good score in class 10th, 12th and graduation, Has participated in any Extracurricular activities state or nationally, Has a good work experience profile.
