    FMS Admission Criteria 2026: Key Points to Note

    FMS Delhi MBA admission for 2026-28 is based on several key factors, where significant weightage will be given to the CAT result. Here’s a breakdown of the key points for FMS Delhi admission criteria for the 2026 batch:

    • After going through FMS Delhi admission criteria, one can make out that the FMS Delhi prefers freshers. In the 2024-26 batch, 54% freshers were accepted for the MBA program. Similarly, 43% of students were accepted for admission in the batch of 2023-25.

    • Another data suggests that 52% of applicants came from IIT’s+NITs+BITs+DU for the 2024-26 batch and 50% were for the 2023-25 batch. Additionally, 32% were from B.Com+CA+BBA background.

    • Lastly, FMS Delhi has a Gender Diversity of 48% and 36% for 2024-26 and 2023-25 batches, respectively.

    FMS Delhi Shortlisting Criteria 2026 (STAGE 1): Pre-Selection Process

    To begin with, the FMS Delhi selection criteria and to encourage diversity of Gender and Academic disciplines, different weightages are assigned to the scores of different sections of the CAT 2025 paper for the Interview process.

    FMS Delhi Admission Criteria 2026: Who is eligible

    For candidates to be considered for admission to the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at the University of Delhi, all will need to follow the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:

    • All candidates should have pursued at least a bachelor’s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks at graduation level for the unreserved category (SC/ST: Passing Marks; OBC Non-Creamy/EWS/PwD/CW: 45% as per University Rules) or equivalent CGPA.

    • Students in their final year of their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply.

    All candidates must note they clear the required FMS Delhi cutoff to get admission. Getting the bare minimum score won’t be sufficient for admission to FMS Delhi.

    STEP 1: FMS Delhi Application Process

    This is the first step where all applicants who are keen to seek admission in FMS Delhi will begin filling the online application forms. All application form filling will be done via the official website, www.fms.edu.

    STEP 2: Application Screening & Shortlisting

    STEP 3: Discussion on Executive Experience & Statement of Purpose
