NMIMS Online BBA Admission Process 2026

NMIMS follows an online procedure for its online BBA degrees. Students must follow all the required instructions to successfully secure their admission seats.

Step 1: Online Registration

• Visit the official website
• Fill up the online registration form.

Step 2: Document Submission

While filling out the online registration form, students are required to upload the gazette attested photocopies of the mentioned documents:

• Academic Documents (10th/12th Marksheet, Provisional Certificates, Character Certificates)
• Photo Identity
• Passport Size Photographs

Step 3: Fee Payment

• Upon completion of the online registration form, students must pay the programme fee online via demand draft in favour of SVKM’s NMIMS’ payable at Mumbai.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

• Once student verification is done and documents are verified, final admission is provided to students and a student number will be issued.

Note: Students must create the following IDs before completing the admission form:

• Academic Bank of Credits Identification Number (ABC ID)

• Distance Education Bureau Identification Number (DEB ID)

NMIMS Online BBA Application Fee 2026

Applicants are required to pay the admission processing fee online at the time of application process.

• Admission Processing Fee of Rs 1,200 applicable for all admissions.
• An initial amount of Rs 10,000 from the programme fee will be collected at the time of registration.
• Exam fee: Rs 800 per subject per attempt
• Project fee: Rs 800 per exam attempt.
• Students also have the option to pay the full program fee of Rs 196,000 if they prefer.

NMIMS Online BBA Admission 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in the NMIMS Online BBA programme must meet the following eligibility criteria:

NMIMS Admission Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students must know the admission cancellation and refund policy before applying for the NMIMS Online BBA programme.

• The Admission Processing Fee / Registration fee of Rs 1,200/- is non-refundable.

• Candidate who made payment of Registration fee and Initial amount and opt for Registration cancellation, deduction applicable will be:

1. If document verification is processed - Rs 800/-

2. If document verification not processed - 0/-

• Candidates who made payment over and above Registration and Initial amount and opts for Registration Cancellation, deduction applicable will be:

1. Complete payment / Down payment – Rs 1,000/-

2. Instalment payment – Rs 2,500/-

Note: Admission Cancellation request can be processed only when student is admitted to the University (student number is generated) and the request is received within the stipulated dates as announced by the University on the website for every admission cycle from time to time, whether the Student has paid Semester fee or Annual Fee.

NMIMS Online BBA Refund Policy

• Candidates will get the refund amount back either via cheque/DD or to the same account from which the payment was made, as mentioned by the candidate or student in the Admission/Registration Cancellation Form submitted.

• Students who paid the complete programme fee at the time of admission can apply for Admission Cancellation within a year. Deduction applicable will be Annual fee.
