There will be a one-spot round for MBA/ MCA admission at private unaided MBA colleges in Hyderabad. Here is the detailed process of ICET counselling that candidates must stay updated with:

Stage 1 - Payment of TS ICET 2025 counselling processing fee

• Those who will be shortlisted for the TS ICET counselling 2025 round will have to pay the processing fee. While paying the TS ICET counselling fee, one will have to log in by entering the registration number, which is available on the admit card of Telangana ICET 2025.

Candidates will have to produce the following documents as per their category for document verification: Candidates will be called for the counselling process after the declaration of TS ICET cutoff marks

• CAP: Certificate which should be issued by the Zila Sainik Welfare Officer. In the case of ex-servicemen, an Identity Card (ID) card and service discharge book will be required for complete verification.
• PH:
• The certificate should be issued by the District Medical Board.
• Disability is more than or equal to 40 per cent.
• Minorities - Minority status or certificate from the Headmaster.
• Anglo-India - Certificate which should be issued by a competent authority.

TS ICET Counselling 2025 - Document Verification Process

• At the help centres of TS ICET, authorities will announce the registration for counselling.
• Candidates will have to submit their Telangana ICET 2025 rank card to the officer at the entrance and collect the registration form to fill in all the required details.
• As per candidates' ICET rank, they will be called for biometric verification. Further, students will have to pay the processing fee and update their mobile number and Aadhaar card number. After that, students will be given a receipt.

After this admission number will be generated, for which one will have to take a printout and submit it along with the allotment letter at the college opted for.

• For any reason, if a candidate is unable to participate in the previous phase of Telangana ICET counselling, then in such a case, they can participate again by attending the document verification round.
• If no seat is allotted in the first round of TS ICET counselling 2025, then in such a case, candidates can participate in the next round of counselling.
• If a candidate does not accept the allotted seat, then joining will be considered cancelled, and it will be treated as vacant. However, candidates cannot claim the previous allotment in the preceding rounds of counselling.

• If a candidate wishes to cancel/ withdraw the allotted seat then he or she can do so within a prescribed time limit which will be provided by the authorities.
• Those who want to cancel/ withdraw their allotted seat then they need to report to the convenor in person by registered post and submit the following documents.
  • Application form for cancellation of allotted seat.
