CMAT short for Common Management Admission Test is a National level Entrance Exam that is conducted for admission to Management Programmes in the country. This test helps to select suitable candidates so that they can take admission in the AICTE affiliated participating institutions. Till 2018, the test is conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education, but from 2019 it is conducted by NTA. This exam is a three hours Computer Based Online Test. With 80 percentile in CMAT, being a non-engineer female (OBC-NCL) with 78/88/7.57 CGPA, you have moderate to low chances for IMT Nagpur. The usual CMAT cutoff is 80-85 percentile, so your admission will depend on the Personal Interview and overall profile. IMT Nagpur does not have OBC reservations, so selection is merit-based.
