With 75 percentile in JEE Main 2025, CRL rank 3.7 lakh, and OBC rank 1.35 lakh, getting ECE at VSSUT through OJEE counselling with state domicile is tough. The cutoff for ECE is usually much lower. But don’t worry—you can try for other branches like Mechanical or Civil, which may have higher cutoffs. Also, some private Odisha colleges accept your score. If possible, improve your score next time for better chances. Keep checking the OJEE website for updates.

In OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) counseling, your OBC rank will be considered for the allocation of seats under the OBC category.
This means that during the counseling process, the authorities will primarily use your OBC category rank (2,23,889) to determine your eligibility for reservations and seat allocation under the OBC quota. If your OBC rank is higher (i.e., a lower number) than your general category rank, the OBC rank will be considered.
