Cutoff can be defined as the minimum marks required to qualify an examination. Cutoff is determined by the following factors-
Number of candidates appearing for the examination
Difficulty level of the question paper
Total number of seats
Cutoff trends of the past years
To qualify in TISSNET MBA 2020, the candidate should score at least 45% marks in the written examination. However, if a candidate belongs to SC/ST category, he/she has to score a minimum of 35% to qualify the written test.
TISS Guwahati reserves 66% of its seats for candidates of north eastern states of India. This is as per the guidelines of Ministry of Development of North Eastern States. The remaining 34% seats and all the seats available in Mumbai, Tuljapur and Hyderabad follow the below mentioned pattern of reservation.

After the result of TISSNET MBA 2020 has been declared, candidates who have qualified the written examination will be called for group discussion and personal interview. These two constitute 55.56% of the total marks required to get selected. Candidates with the highest aggregate in all three; TISSNET MBA 2020, group discussion and personal interview, will be given seats in programme.
In case of a tie between two or more candidates, below-mentioned protocol is followed-
Performance of candidates in personal interview (PI) would be considered. The candidate who performs better will be selected.
If the personal interview (PI) scores are equal, the candidate who performs better in pre- nterview test (PIT) will be selected.
If the (pre-interview test) PIT score is equal, TISSNET MBA 2020 scores would be compared.
If TISSNET MBA 2020 scores are also equal, age of the two candidates will be compared. Older of the two will get selected.
The first waiting list will be prepared after the first round of admission. Wait listed candidates will be informed via personal communication. This list will not be displayed on the website.
If a candidate has applied for two or more programmes, and secured admission in the programme of the lower order, he/she shall be waitlisted for the programme of a higher order. Such candidates will be given admission to the programme of a higher order when the wait list is activated.

Selected candidates will get admission on a provisional basis. Post this, they have to pay the tuition fee in the given time frame. Failure in doing so would result in the termination of admission. Such seats will be allotted to the waitlisted candidates.

You have not specified your situation completely. However, according to the information you provided, the minor problems will be like there is something which is non readable,etc. If such type of problem arises and that too after the completion of process, then the authorities might give you some time to produce a new document without any such problem.
While on the other hand if the problem os of bigger nature like it is the central OBC certificate that is required and you have the state's certificate, or the certificate is expired a long time ago, then this might lead to no reservation and you'll be evaluated as a general category student.

tiss net exam stand for tata institute of socil sciences and research national entrance test. the basic eligibility criteria is students need to have bachelor degree in any discipline in 10+20+3 or 10+2+4 or in 10+2+2+1 pattern. however as you have already passed an mba degree you may also apply in this course. as there is no limitation for pursuing masters courses. one can have 2 different subjects mba degree. hope it would help.
For applying to TISSNET you should have your bachelor's degree with all the arrears cleared. It doesn't matter how many arrears you have at present and how many you had.
Just provide them your 4th Semester Marksheet for the eligibility. But at the time of admission you must have your degree or Course Completion certificate.
For Admission in MBA or any other master program it's required to have at least 50% in graduation some relaxation is for SC/ST. Some private universities might have lesser eligiblity criteria as well. You can appear in exams like CAT,AIMA,LPUNEST for entrance.
