Dr. S V Ramana Rao: Siva Sivani Institute of Management (SSIM) is an integral part of the Siva Sivani Group, whose presence in the field of education has crossed six decades. SSIM began operating as an autonomous institute in 1992 and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government Of India, New Delhi. Dr. S V Ramana Rao: Every Student in SSIM undergoes rigorous placement training, which includes aptitude, communications, general awareness etc.

Careers360: Internships are now mandatory as per AICTE guidelines. Does the institute help students with this? If yes, how?

Dr. S V Ramana Rao: We have more than 300 companies on campus that recruit students exclusively for internships.

Dr. S V Ramana Rao: SSIM students can go to Herzing University, USA for a credit transfer program

Careers360: Please share placement statistics with information on the average package, highest and lowest package, number of students placed and details of companies that have recruited.

Dr. S V Ramana Rao: The 2021-2022 SSIM placement cycle recorded 99% placements and saw a 75% jump in the CTC offered from Rs 10 LPA to Rs 17.55 LPA. The batch experienced a sensational journey through the entire process which started in September 2021 and completed in April 2023.

SSIM talent became the sought after talent for many new companies like Goldstone Technologies, ICE Data Services, IHS Markit, BRILLON Consumer Products, Max Retail, Homevista Décor, Mediamint, Databeat Consulting, Edelweiss Wealth Management, Anand Rathi, [x]cube LABS, The Hackett Group, NSL Hub, ADP, Zemoso Technologies and others.
