IIM Rohtak PGP Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before filling the IIM Rohtak PGP application form, candidates are advised to check its eligibility criteria first. Check the following parameters pertaining to IIM Rohtak PGP eligibility criteria.

• Candidates should have completed their bachelor’s degree, with at least 50% marks in total aggregate or its equivalent CGPA (45% marks in case if a candidate belongs to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD) category) from a recognized university.
• Those who are pursuing their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for IIM Rohtak PGP admission 2025. Candidates are required to obtain at least 50% marks till the latest examination
• Candidates should have a valid score card of CAT 2024

IIM Calcutta conducted CAT 2024 on November 24. Those who get shortlisted as per their CAT 2024 score, had to attend the selection process conducted by IIM Rohtak. Step by step process to fill online application form

Step 1 - New candidate to sign up

• New user ID and password will be sent on candidates entered email ID

Step 2 - Essentials documents to be made ready

• Valid Email ID (The provided email ID will be used to communicate with the candidates in near future)
• CAT 2024 application ID
• Educational qualification details
• Personal details
• Scanned photograph in jpg/ jpeg format and size should not exceed to 50 KB
• Scanned signature in jpg/ jpeg format and size should not exceed to 50 KB
• Credit/ Debit card/ Internet banking details for online payment

Step 3 - Already logged in candidates to complete the online application process

• Action 1 - fill the online application form
• Action 2 - Upload photograph & signature image
• Action 3 - Make payment and fill full form and submit the application
• Action 4 - Take a printout of filled application form for future reference

Important note -

• Application will not be considered without payment of IIM Rohtak PGP registration fee
• IIM Rohtak PGP registration fee of Rs 2000 is non-refundable. Fee once paid will not be refunded
• Once the application form has been submitted; candidates will not be allowed to change/ modify any information
• After payment, candidates are NOT required to send any application form/ any documents to IIM Rohtak

IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2025

The admission process of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak is a five stage process:

Stage I - Online registration for Post Graduate Programme (PGP) 2025-27 batch, IIM Rohtak.

1. For the first stage, shortlisting of candidates will be based on minimum aggregate percentile score in CAT 2024 as mentioned in Table 1 below.

2. IIM Rohtak will release online application for its PGP programme for the academic batch of 2025-27

   1. While registering for IIM Rohtak 2025 admission, candidates need to create their login credentials (Username and Password). At the time of IIM Rohtak PGP registration, one will have to pay application fee of Rs 2000/- (non-refundable)

3. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email which will contain a web link for registration for online Personal Interview (PI) process for PGP admission 2025.

   1. Shortlisting of candidates for online PI will be based on CAT 2024 score (Table 1) above

4. Shortlisted candidates, who have submitted their application form by paying registration fee within stipulated date and time will be considered for the online Personal Interview (PI) in Stage - II.

Stage II - Online Personal Interview (Online PI)

1. All shortlisted candidates at Stage I, will appear in Stage II (Online PI).

2. All the shortlisted candidates will be informed via email to download their call letter to appear for online Personal Interview (PI). All the required details like venue, date, time and other guidelines will be mentioned in the call letter.

Stage III - The final selection list will be based on CAT, PI & Diversity score

1. A weightage of 60% will be assigned to CAT total score (scaled to 100). A weight of 20% will be given to online Personal Interview (PI) score. Furthermore, the academic diversity and gender diversity, candidates will be given a weightage of 20%.

2. The weightage aggregate of the following components namely (A) CAT, (B) Online PI, (C) Diversity will be used to prepare a merit/ rank list and accordingly the candidate will be invited to appear for Stage-IV.

Stage IV - Offer for provisional admission for the PGP programme 2025-27 batch

• The offer of admission to the candidates will be made on the basis of rank/ merit list and availability of seats in each category (General, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS & DAP) as per reservation rules of Govt. of India.
• All the shortlisted candidates will receive a provisional offer letter of admission from pgpadmission@iimrohtak.ac.in on their registered email ID.
• Candidates receiving an admission offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) and accepting the offer within stipulated date and time, needs to deposit the Offer Acceptance Amount (OAA) through an online payment link. An automated receipt and text message of the transaction will be shared by the associated bank on the registered mobile number/ email ID of the candidate.
• The candidates will receive their confirmation letter for provisional admission for Post Graduate Programme (PGP) admission 2025 on their registered email address. All the reporting requirements/ joining formalities will be mentioned in the received confirmation letter such as date, time, venue, fee structure, last date to deposit the full term fee, affidavits from parents & students, vaccination certificate, Indemnity bond, caste certificate, Govt. Photo ID, medical fitness certificate, application form for hostel allocation & a schedule for remedial classes etc.

Stage V - Reporting for joining the PGP Programme (Batch-XII)

• Candidates will be required to log in to the official website of IIM Rohtak and use their login credentials (Username and Password) to deposit the full PGP program fee which will be mentioned in the confirmation letter and need to report to IIM Rohtak.
• On the day of reporting to the IIM Rohtak campus, the admission team will verify the documents and allocate hostel rooms to the candidates.

IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2025 - Waitlist criteria

IIM Rohtak will also prepare a waitlist, which will be displayed on the official website. IIM Rohtak PGP waitlist will contain the name of candidates who can be provided admission on provisional basis, if any confirmed candidate withdraws their admission, the seat will be offered to the waitlist candidate. Those who want to be considered themselves on the waiting list will have to submit Rs 20000 (refundable). Candidates will be called for the provisional admission on the basis of their merit which they have obtained in the admission process of IIM Rohtak.

IIM Rohtak Admission Criteria 2025 - Admission withdrawal/ waitlist willingness

• Those who wish to withdraw their provisional admission, they can do so on or before the stipulated date which will be mentioned on the confirmation letter received by IIM Rohtak
• If the candidate register for IIM Rohtak PGP programme, the fee of waitlist will be adjusted in term I fee
• Any candidate whose name is in the waitlist published by IIM Rohtak and has not been selected for the provisional admission, the amount will be refunded.

As per past year trend, there will be a total of 240 seats available at IIM Rohtak for Post Graduate Programme (PGP). Candidates willing to take admission at IIM Rohtak will have to fill the application form within the stipulated date and time.
