How to Book Slot for NMAT Exam 2025?

Before booking NMAT 2025 slot candidates should know all the aspects about it to avoid any errors. The NMAT registration and slot booking process for NMAT is different from other MBA entrance exams. Candidates to book a slot for NMAT 2025 need to complete NMAT registration first by visiting the official website and after successful registration of NMAT 2025, candidates can book their slot as per their preference.

How to Schedule NMAT Exam 2025 and Registration Details

While filling out the NMAT registration form and making NMAT 2025 slot booking, candidates can refer to the following steps to know how to register for NMAT 2025.

  • Step 1 - Candidates will have to visit the NMAT official website and over there they need to create an account by using a valid email address.
  • Step 2 - Now one will have to provide certain details such as personal details, contact information, educational and work experience (if any), a list of programmes to send score, and photo ID proof that one will use for the identification on the day of the exam.
  • Step 3 - Candidates must ensure that their name and date of birth that they enter in the NMAT registration form must match with photo and signature ID
  • Step 4 - Now candidates have to choose the schools to send their score under the “School Preference” section. Candidates can choose up to 5 programmes. If a candidate chooses more than 5 programmes, then in such case they have to pay Rs. 400 plus applicable taxes will be charged for each programme
  • Step 5 - Candidates must upload a photograph while filling the registration form for NMAT 2025. Candidates must ensure that the same photograph will be printed on admit card and one will have to show the same to the test centre or to the online proctor.
  • Step 6 - Select NMAT 2025 exam mode, whether the candidate wants to take an exam at the test centre or via online proctored at home
  • Step 7 - Pay the exam fee for NMAT 2025
  • Step 8 - After the confirmation of the NMAT exam fee payment, candidates can book their slot for NMAT. Candidates can make NMAT 2025 slot booking after 24 hours of registration.
  • Step 9- After fee payment for NMAT 2025 and choosing exam mode, candidates will be able to download their admit card.

NMAT Slot Booking 2025 - Online Proctored Test at Home

  • If a candidate chooses “Online Proctored Test at Home” then they need to fill in the My Profile section before proceeding to book an online proctored slot for NMAT 2025
  • While filling MY Profile section candidates need to take a picture of their photo ID by using a smartphone, camera or webcam
  • Save the image on the computer
  • Now upload the image from the computer to examine the scheduling system
  • Candidates need to select 3 security questions from the available list
  • While login, the system will ask anyone answer to these security questions during the authentication process
  • While NMAT 2025 slot booking is for online proctored mode, candidates need to enter their first and last name
  • Make sure that while entering names, no spaces or capital letters are to be used.

NMAT Retakes 2025

Candidates are allowed to participate in the NMAT 2025 exam a maximum of three times during the entire 46 days of the NMAT exam. This includes the first attempt plus a maximum of two retakes. The NMAT retake registration option is enabled on the candidates' dashboard after the release of the NMAT exam date. Candidates have to pay Rs. 3000 as the NMAT retake registration fee. Candidates can register for NMAT 2025 retake by simply clicking on the “Retake section”, that they need to select the mode and pay the NMAT 2025 retake fees after that they can book their NMAT 2025 retake slot.

How to Reschedule NMAT Exam Date 2025

The NMAT reschedule option is available for the candidates up to 72 hours from the scheduled date and time of the exam. Candidates must follow the steps given below explaining how to reschedule NMAT exam date 2025.

  • Candidates must log in to the NMAT account using their NMAT login credentials
  • Press the "Schedule Exam" button.
  • Then candidates must choose the date and time for the NMAT exam 2025.
  • Select the preferred location.
  • Finalise the process by making the rescheduling payment with a Credit Card.
  • Click the 'proceed' button.

Note- For every NMAT 2025 exam rescheduling, candidates are required to pay Rs. 1200 plus applicable taxes as NMAT rescheduling fees.
