XIME MAT cutoff for its various PGDM programs is expected to be between 65 and 70 percentile. The XIME MAT cutoff will determine whether a candidate gets shortlisted or not for the selection process. The candidates are mandatorily required to clear the specified XIME MAT cutoff for admission to the PGDM course. The XIME Bangalore offers PGDM and PGDM Business Analytics programs. The applications shall be submitted only through online mode. The PGDM program has different electives like finance, marketing, IT and analytics, operations, OB and HR, and general. Candidates clearing the XIME MAT cutoff will be subject to the eligibility criteria for the PGDM program. As per the eligibility criteria, a candidate needs to have a bachelor’s degree in any of the disciplines with at least 50% (45% for candidates from reserved categories) aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized university. Any student with a credible score and a valid scorecard at the time of application in any of the below-mentioned entrance tests can apply.
Applicants who have unclear backlog papers for graduation are not eligible to apply for XIME PGDM Admission 2025-27.

The selection criteria for PGDM programs at XIME comprises MAT scores and GD/PI rounds. The candidates having a MAT score at par with the XIME MAT cutoff will be shortlisted for the GD/PI rounds. The group discussion round will be followed by a personal interview round. The performance of candidates in both rounds will be considered for the final selection. The final result will be announced within one week of conducting the GD/PI rounds.
XIME will release a final merit list of the selected candidates. If shortlisted, candidates will have to pay the seat confirmation fee of Rs. 25,000 within the stipulated payment date. Upon receiving the provisional offer letter, candidates will have to pay the first installment of the program fee within the given date. Candidates will be required to be physically present on the designated program inauguration day at the campus.
