IMI CAT Cutoff: The IMI CAT cutoff for admission to its MBA/PGDM courses for the academic session 2024-2026 will be released soon. The International Management Institute (IMI) CAT cutoff is an important component of the selection criteria at IMI Delhi. The IMI CAT cutoff for the courses offered is expected to be between 85-90 as per the IMI CAT cutoff for previous years. The sectional IMI CAT cutoff is likely to be between 70 to 75.

The shortlisted candidates based on the IMI CAT cutoff will be called for the WAT and PI rounds. The IMI Delhi offers PGDM programs in Human Resource Management, and Banking and Financial Services.

Sectional IMI CAT cutoff

Selection Process after IMI CAT cutoff
The selection process after shortlisting candidates through the IMI CAT cutoff comprises WAT (Written Aptitude Test) and GD (Group Discussion) rounds. These are followed by the PI round. The performance of a candidate in all these rounds is evaluated for the final selection. The final selection happens if the candidate obtains the required composite score. The composite score is a final score that is given by combining all the selection parameters. The weightage for each of these parameters is given below.

1. What is the cutoff for IMI 2024?
The IMI CAT cutoff for 2024 is expected to be around 85 to 90 for the courses offered. IMI offers PGDM courses with specialization in Human Resource Management, and Banking and Financial Services.
2. Does IMI have a sectional cutoff?
IMI has a sectional cutoff for each CAT exam section which is required to be cleared by the applicants. The sectional IMI CAT cutoff is 75 for VARC and 70 for DILR and QA sections respectively.
3. Does IMI Delhi have 100% placement?
As per placement reports of 2023 IMI had a 100% placement rate. The highest package offered was at 50 Lakhs per annum. The average package at IMI was around 17 Lakhs per annum. 3 students were offered international job offers.
4. What is the fee of IMI Delhi?
As per the latest fee update, the total fee for PGDM at IMI is close to 21 Lakhs. The fee will have to be paid in six different installments over the course of two years. The security deposit will be refundable.

Getting admission to an IIM without taking the CAT is possible through alternative routes such as:
1. Executive MBA (PGPX,EPGP,ect .) : Many IIMs offer Executive MBA programs for experienced professionals, which may require GMAT scores instead of CAT .
2.Integrated programs: Some IIMs offer integrated programs like IPM (Integrated Program in Management), where admission cab be based on entrance exams other than CAT.
3.Doctoral programs (Ph.D.): Some IIMs accept GMAT/GRE scores for their doctoral programs .
4. Specialized Courses: IIMs offer various short-term and ccertificate programs that don't require CAT scores.

Generally admissions are given based on your rank. So based on your overall percentile in JEE your rank could be between 56470 - 63480 approximately.
Unfortunately, Based on the marks you scored, it will be difficult to get admitted into NIT Trichy under OBC category. However there is also a second chance for you to attend for JEE, so I recommend you to take that chance and score better.
