AIMA has started the MAT 2024 December session registration process at mat.aima.in on September 6, 2024. The MAT 2024 entrance exam will be held in multiple sessions like PBT, CBT 1 and CBT 2 exam modes. The MAT 2024 registration last date for the PBT mode is December 7, 2024, for CBT 1 and 2 is November 30 and December 15. The Management Aptitude Test is a national-level MBA entrance exam conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA). MAT is the only MBA exam in India in which candidates can choose between Computer Based Test (CBT) and Paper Based Test (PBT) modes.
The MAT exam question paper contains questions from Data Analysis & Sufficiency and Mathematical Skills, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and Economic and Business Environment. MAT 2024 is an MCQ-based test conducted for two hours.

To apply for the MAT 2024 exam, candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institute or university with 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST/ PwD).
- Candidates who are in their final year or waiting for their undergraduate results are also eligible to appear for the MAT 2024.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for the MAT 2024 entrance exam.

MAT 2024 Counselling Process
AIMA the conducting body of MAT does not conduct any counselling process. The MAT 2024 counselling process will be conducted by MAT 2024 participating institutes. The MAT counselling process will take place after the declaration of MAT result. The MAT selection process will include Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Post declaration of MAT results, participating institutes will release MAT counselling dates on their respective websites.

The courses are mostly available from private universities or web portals through which flexibility regarding methods of admission is available. Besides the common method of entrance exams, admissions might be granted based on prior academic performance, professional experience, or interviews.
Such programs require a lot of student research to ascertain whether one's MBA degree will be valued in the job market. Inconvenience by using a credit card to finance education only matters less when one thinks of interest rates and repayment terms since it may be financially straining. Other institutions also offer the advantage of installing payments for easy access.
