Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU
To fill the application form for IGNOU MBA 2025, candidates are advised to visit the official website of IGNOU. Then, click on “Online Admission System” and select the desired programme from the list of programmes offered by IGNOU. After that, you will be redirected to a new page.
Step 2 - Fill in the basic information to generate the application number
If you are registering for the first time, you should click on the “Register Yourself” button to create a user account. You will need to fill in some basic information such as your name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc. You will receive a registration ID and password after completing this step. You should use them to log in to your account and proceed to the next step.

Step 4 - Upload documents as per specifications
In this step, candidates need to upload scanned copies of their documents such as photograph, signature, age proof, educational certificates, experience certificate, category certificate, etc. The documents should be uploaded according to the specifications given on the website. The applications that have incomplete or incorrect documents will be rejected by the authorities. Also, the IGNOU MBA 2025 admissions application form should have a photograph of the candidate.

Step 5 - Make payment
Pay the application form fees To complete the application process for IGNOU MBA admissions 2025, you need to pay the application fee online. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee details are as follows:

You should download and print your filled-in application form and keep it safe for future reference. You will also receive a confirmation message on your registered email ID and mobile number.
IGNOU offers a two-year MBA programme that consists of 28 courses and has five specializations to choose from. IGNOU MBA Admission is done based on the eligibility criteria and the availability of seats. There is no entrance test for admission to MBA programme for 2025. The fee structure for the MBA programme is as follows:

The fee that you pay for the MBA programme is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. You cannot use it for any other programme offered by this University. However, if the University rejects your admission, you will get back your fee after deducting the processing fee, if any. The refund will be made through a cheque in your name only.
For admission to the IGNOU MBA course 2025-27, the candidates do not need to prepare for any entrance exam, as there will be direct admission for the eligible candidates. The university will not be conducting any entrance exams for 2025. Therefore, they have just asked the students to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria to be admission to the IGNOU MBA course.

You can appear for the exams of both the first year and second year together in the December 2025 exam cycle, provided you have completed the required assignments for those courses.
