Make sure that the four preferences are chosen as per convenience and accessibility.
The first preference must always be the town in which one is residing or the nearest town that is accessible,
While choosing an exam city which is not where a student may be residing, it is imperative to see how easily it can be reached and what is the time taken.
What must also be considered is the accessibility in case the exam time is changed from previous years. How an exam city is accessible in terms of morning or evening depending on the exam schedule is also one factor to consider.
A student must also consider the cost of staying or reaching the exam centre in another city.
Lastly unforeseen situations like natural calamities, disasters are also to be kept in mind before choosing an exam centre other than the one residing in.
