Q. Tell us something about yourself.
Ans: My name is Manju, and I am currently in my first year of the BBA programme of SDDGPI. I have taken a keen interest in business management and entrepreneurship. Outside of my academic pursuits, I am passionate about sports, particularly badminton, and I enjoy participating in various community service activities. I am excited about the opportunities that SDDGPI offers and look forward to making the most of my time here.

Q. How did you come to choose SDDGPI and what factors were instrumental in your choice?
Ans: I choose SDDGPI after considering various factors such as its academic reputation, faculty expertise, programme offerings, research opportunities and alignment with my career goals.

Q. What were the salient features of the SDDGPI campus considering that it is the time to build contacts, and understand the processes? Could you give details on the support given by SDDGPI?
Ans: The admission process at SDDGPI was very well-organised and student-friendly. What stood out to me was the personal interview round, where the panel focused not just on my academic achievements but also on my extracurricular activities and future aspirations. The process was holistic, taking into account my overall profile and not just test scares. This profile approach makes one understood as a prospective student.
Q. What is your take on the initial days at SDDGPI campus considering that it is the time institution to build contacts, and understand the processes? Could you give details on the support given by SDDGPI?
Ans: The initial days at SDDGPI come incredibly welcoming and well-structured. The university organised an extensive orientation programme that included campus tours, meet and greet sessions with faculty sound peers, and workshops to help us understand the academic and administrative processes. The support from faculty and staff was excellent.

Q. Now that you are a part of SDDGPI campus, what in your opinion are stand-apart features of the institute that you think are really assets to building a student's career and future?
Ans: One of the standout features of SDDGPI is an experiential learning focus The university offers numerous opportunities for internships, live projects, and industry interactions that provide practical experience and exposure to red word business scenarios. These are crucial in helping students build a strong foundation for their future careers.
Q. Could you give details on the industry connection that is inbuilt with the course at SDDGPI and its advantages?
Ans: SDDGPI has strong ties with various industries, which are integrated into the BBA curriculum. Many courses include guest lectures from industry experts, case studies, and collaborative projects with companies. Prepare students for leadership roles in the business world by equipping them with essential managerial skills.

Q. How advantageous in your opinion is the SDDGPI alumni network connection and in many ways?

The Career Services Office collaborates with a wide range of companies to offer diverse internship opportunities. Students receive comprehensive support in preparing their application, including resume reviews and interview preparation. This internship provides practical experience, industry insights and often leads to job offers upon graduation.

Q. In a nutshell, could you sum up your experiences at SDDGPI?
Ans: My experience at SDDGPI has been immensely rewarding. The combination of rigorous academics, practical learning opportunities, and a supportive community has greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth. The university’s emphasis on innovation, industry engagement, and career development has equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the business world.
A career as Marketing Director is also known as a marketing expert who is responsible for the overall marketing aspect of the company. He or she oversees plans and develops the company's budget. The marketing Director collaborates with the business team to plan and develop the marketing and branding strategies for the company's products or services.
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is a professional responsible for identifying growth opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance a company's market position. Typically, a BDE conducts market research, analyses industry trends, and identifies potential clients or business prospects. He or she plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

To ensure that the material created is consistent with the overall aims of a digital marketing campaign, content marketing specialists work closely with SEO and digital marketing professionals.
A sales manager is a revenue-generating source for a company. Any organisation or company which sells a commodity or service requires sales to generate revenue. A Sales manager is a professional responsible for supervising the sales team. An Individual as a sales manager works closely with salespeople, assigns sales territories, sets quotas, mentors the members of the sales, assigns sales training, and builds a sales plan.
The Sales Manager work also includes hiring and laying off sales personnel after evaluating his or her work performance. In bigger entities, sales quotas and plans are usually set at the executive level. He or she is responsible for overseeing the set target or quotas met by salespeople or upholding any policy. He or she guides his or her fellow salespeople and allows them to sell.
Individuals who opt for a career as a business analyst look at how a company operates. He or she conducts research and analyses data to improve his or her knowledge about the company. He or she is enthusiastic, organised, and very diligent in meeting financial constraints. He or she works with other team members to produce advertising campaigns and decides if a new product or service is marketable.
A Marketing manager plans and executes marketing initiatives to create demand for goods and services and increase consumer awareness of them. A marketing manager prevents unauthorised statements and informs the public that the business is doing everything to investigate and fix the line of products. Students can pursue an MBA in Marketing Management courses to become marketing managers.
