TS ICET 2025 Hardest Shift: The Mahatma Gandhi University, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) successfully completed the TS ICET 2025 examination on June 8 and 9, 2025. According to the TS ICET exam analysis of both days, the most difficult slot was seen to be the TS ICET day 1 slot 2 or the second slot. While the TS ICET 2025 examination was more difficult than the previous year, the candidates who appeared for slot 2 of the TS ICET examination reported that they had the toughest slot and are hoping for a fair normalisation. When compared to the other slots, the TS ICET 2025 slot 2 had confusing, time-consuming and conceptually hard questions across all the sections, mainly the mathematical and analytical ability section. The Communication ability section, however, was a relief and slightly easier than the other sections. The TS ICET day 1 slot 2 examination was conducted on 8th April, 2025 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM.
The TS ICET 2025 examination timing was 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM. The TS ICET 2025 day 1 shift 2 followed the same exam pattern as the previous years.
The TS ICET 2025 question paper was divided into 3 sections: the analytical ability section, the mathematical ability section and the communication ability section.
Even though the TS ICET 2025 hardest section was the day 1 slot 2 question paper, there was no change in the split of the questions in the TS ICET question paper, but the difficulty level of certain questions was high.
The easiest section of the TS ICET 2025, day 1, slot 2, was the communication ability section. According to the responses of the candidates, the questions asked under the section were very easy and doable. The short length of the Reading Comprehension section was also helpful for the candidates.

It is good for the candidates to have a good understanding of the analysis of the hardest slot of the TS ICET examination. This will help the candidates to understand the possible extent of normalisation.
The mathematical ability of the TS ICET 2025 examination was very lengthy. A few candidates have reportedly said that they could not solve more than 50 questions under this section. This contributed significantly to the increased difficulty of the section.
The split of the questions, however, remained the same as the previous year, with 35 questions from the arithmetic ability section, 30 from algebraic and geometric and lastly, 10 questions from the statistical ability section.
Similar to almost all the slots, the statistical ability section of the TS ICET slot 2 examination was the easiest topic of the analytical ability section.
The questions were asked from topics such as such as indices and surds, simplification, ratio and proportions, number systems etc.
The questions were asked from concepts such as mensuration, time and work and TSD, APs and GPs, trigonometry, height and distance, ratio and proportions, number systems, Cost Price and Selling Price and so on.
The section had a lot of questions under the number system topic.

The difficulty level of the analytical ability section was moderate to difficult according to the TS ICET slot 2 analysis.
The data analysis questions were also time-consuming and tricky as reported by the candidates.
One notable insight of the hardest slot of the TS ICET, the TS ICET day 1 slot 2 was that it followed the same exam pattern of the previous year.
The entire analytical ability section was divided into two sections, the data sufficiency section with 20 questions and problem problem-solving section with 55 questions.
The data sufficiency section had questions from topics such as number systems, quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
The questions asked under the topic series were one of the most difficult sections of the analytical ability section. It included both alphabetical and numeric series questions.
The other topics include odd one out, coding and decoding, analogy, missing numbers, etc.
Some candidates also reported that the difficult questions were mainly asked about concepts such as data sufficiency and series completion.
The only section that provided relief to the candidates while the other sections tested the candidate’s ability to the fullest was the communication ability section.
Moderate-level level difficult questions were asked under the business and computer terminology sections. There were 10 questions asked under this section in total.
Some candidates also reported that 1-2 questions were repeated from the TS ICET previous year questions.
The candidates have also opined that scoring 30+ marks with a good accuracy is easily possible under this section.

The TS ICET Day 1 slot 2 examination was like no other in the recent TS ICET examination. The candidates were thoroughly tested in almost all the sections except the communication ability section. The experts have also agreed that the level of difficulty of the section has gone up.
