Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bodh Gaya will release the MBA admission criteria for the academic batch of 2025-27 in online mode on its official website. Candidates will be able to check their eligibility criteria for IIM Bodhgyaa MBA admission at iimbg.ac.in. IIM Bodh Gaya admission criteria includes the process of shortlisting candidates for Personal Interview (PI) and final admission list preparation. Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) will be conducted for those students who will not receive any call from the CAP 2025. For IIM Bodhgaya MBA Admission 2025, IIM BG will participate in the IIM CAP (Common Admission Process) along with 8 other baby IIMs. The IIM Bodh Gaya admission policy also includes the criteria based on which the final merit list will be prepared.
IIM BG admission criteria includes three stages on which candidates will be shortlisted such as CAT score, PA (Personal Appearance such as PI) process, and academic profile followed by work experience. Since IIM Bodh Gaya comes under Baby IIMs and is newly formed, it is offering only admissions to PGP (MBA) program to candidates. The batch size of the PGP batch will be 300. Out of 210 seats are gender neutral, 90 seats are supernumerary for girl candidates in the MBA programme. The admission criteria of IIM Bodh Gaya 2025 given below are divided into three stages.

The selection of candidates for the Personal Interview process is done on the basis of the CAT cutoff. The minimum marks required by candidates for moving to the next stage are called the cutoff of CAT. Given below is the minimum cutoff on which candidates will be shortlisted for PA( personal appearance) process.
The cut-off percentile marks for eligibility for the PA process in the three sections and the total CAT percentile for different categories of students are given below:

Note 1- The above-given cutoffs are the latest as per IIM Bodh Gaya 2025 admissions. The 9 IIMs (IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu, IIM Ranchi, IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Trichy, and IIM Udaipur) have adopted a common admission process (CAP) of WAT and PI.
Note 2 - If the actual number of shortlisted candidates is found to be less or more than the required number of candidates to be called for WAT and PI category-wise, then the overall, as well as section-wise minimum score, would be reduced or increased accordingly to get the desired number of candidates.
IIM Bodh Gaya will do the final selection on the basis of the candidate's performance on various parameters. The parameters include CAT score, Personal Appearance round, work experience as well as gender diversity of selected candidates. As per the IIM Bodh Gaya admission criteria 2025, marks obtained by candidates in Class 10, and Class 12, as well as work experience, plays a vital role in the selection for the PGP course. Final points are awarded on the basis of aggregate marks in Classes 10 and 12.
For the candidates shortlisted for PI as per IIM Bodh Gaya shortlisting criteria, but not qualified in CAP 2025, PI will be conducted through a separate process - Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) 2025. The performance of the candidate in PI of CAP 2025 and SAP 2025 would be considered for preparing the merit list The admission criteria of IIM Bodh Gaya 2025 will be based upon the following.

As per the IIM Bodh Gaya Admission Criteria 2025, the Government of India's Reservation Policy will be considered by IIM Bodh Gaya strictly. Given below reservations will be followed:

On the basis of the above-mentioned admission criteria of IIM Bodh Gaya 2025, candidates will be shortlisted. Such candidates receiving admission offers from IIM Bodh Gaya will have to accept the offer along with paying an offer acceptance fee of Rs. 50,000 within the dates stipulated. If any candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified by IIM Bodh Gaya, the Offer acceptance amount will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1,000 as processing charges. After the date of withdrawal, no refund will be admissible.
Candidates who will be selected will have to pay total fees of around Rs. 12,95,000 for the two years MBA program. Note that this IIM Bodh Gaya fees structure is based on the previous year admission and can be revised. The final update will be notified in case of changes. The fees are to be paid in the division as given below.

For IIM Bodh Gaya MBA admissions 2025-27, the seat intake is a total of 180 seats, out of which 30 seats are supernumerary for girl candidates.

The performance of the candidate in WAT & PI of CAP 2021 and SAP 2021 would be considered for preparing the merit list. After preparing the merit list they will given the admission.

Yes, Sap is different from Cap. IIM Bodhagaya and other 8 IIMs has started a new admission proces which not only includes CAP (common admission process) but also SAP (supplementry admission process). CAP is done by WAT and PI conducted by IIM Raipur. SAP will include performance of the candidate in WAT & PI of CAP 2021 and SAP 2021 would be considered for preparing the merit list.
