MBA

• Candidates must hold bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognised university or equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
• The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent
• A minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or 6.00 CGPA on a 10-point scale or equivalent in the qualifying degree.
• A relaxation of 5% in marks (i.e., min. 55%) or equivalent in CGPA (i.e., min. 5.50 on a 10-point scale) for the SC/ST/DAP (Differently Abled Person) candidates.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation can also apply. However, admission of such candidates will be on a provisional basis, until the submission of documents
• Candidates must have appeared for CAT 2025 and must have a valid percentile.

Tech MBA

The above mentioned set of eligibility criteria for MBA candidates stands the same for Tech MBA candidates too except that candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any branch of engineering, Computer Applications, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, and Statistics in order to be eligible for IIT Jodhpur Tech MBA admission.

IIT Jodhpur MBA application is available on the official site. The last date to fill out the IIT MBA Jodhpur admission form is February 12, 2026. The authorities will reject any incomplete application form without further consideration.

Step 2 - Click on ‘New User’ tab and fill the details as follows:

IIT Jodhpur MBA Selection Procedure 2026

IIT Jodhpur MBA 2026 admission is conducted as a two-step selection process - initial shortlisting followed by a composite merit list (CML).

(A) Initial Shortlisting

Initial Shortlisting of candidates for IIT Jodhpur MBA admission is based on CAT 2025 score, academic profile, work experience, gender diversity, post-graduate degree/professional qualification, and significant achievement in extracurricular activities. The IIT Jodhpur MBA cut off required for the initial shortlist is 80 percentile for the general category and 50 to 70 percentile for the reserved categories.

(B) Final Selection

Final Selection for IIT Jodhpur admission in MBA is based on the Composite Merit List (CML) having parameters like CAT score, academic profile, recorded video introduction of candidate, work experience, gender diversity, post-graduate degree/professional qualification, and significant achievement in extracurricular activities. Candidates with significant achievement in extra-curricular activities such as participation in sports, debate, quiz, performing arts, Olympiad, international paper presentation, etc. will be given a weightage of 5% in final selection in IIT Jodhpur MBA. Depending on the level of participation, following weightages will be applied.

IIT Jodhpur will declare the result of the final MBA selection probably in the second week of April 2026 in online mode. IIT Jodhpur MBA Admission: Fee Structure 2026

The fee for the 2026 MBA at IIT Jodhpur is expected to be approximately Rs. 9 lakhs for two years. The final fee for the programme will be communicated to the candidate after the admission offer letter.
