In the previous years, the closing rank for SC category in the B.Arch course at IIT Kharagpur was somewhere around this range, sometimes slightly higher or slightly lower depending on the year and seat availability. Your rank is quite close to the usual cut-off, so your chances are possible but may depend on how the seat allotment moves this year and how many candidates with better ranks opt for the same course.
