For candidates with work experience of two years or more TAPMI follows profile-based shortlisting. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores (whichever is higher), academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, backlogs during graduation etc.), work experience (type of company, total experience, etc.), extra-curricular achievements if any.

Students will be informed on the shortlist decision through email / SMS to their registered email id and phone number.
TAPMI Selection Process
The institute first makes the profile based shortlisting - valid CAT, XAT or GMAT scores + work experience + academic profile.
Second, the shortlisted candidates are called for the Personal Interview+Written Ability test+Group Discussion rounds.
The final selection is based on the scores of CAT/XAT/GMAT + WAT + PI + Work Experience + Academic Profile.
GD/PI/WAT will be held in various cities across India including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Manipal, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Bangalore.

SIBM banglore, is also a private institute and was established in 2008. The fees for MBA here is around 7.5 L per anum. The best part about this is the location and the teaching methodology. It competes with some of the top colleges for MBA in the world. Student strength here is around 210.
Great Lakes Institute of Management is a private business school in India. It was founded in 2004. The main campus is in Chennai. Student strength here is around 250. Average package is around 9.5L.
I think SIBM Banglore would be the best choice among the three. After that TAPMI and then Great Lake.
