St. Xavier’s BMS Selection Procedure 2018 - The selection procedure for St. Xavier’s BMS 2018 involves the announcement of selected candidates across different categories (General, Minority and Special category). Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the BMS Entrance Test which holds 60 percent weightage. 40 percent weightage will be given to class twelfth marks of the candidates. The results of the St. Xavier’s BMS 2018 entrance test have been announced in the form of first merit list for now. The merit list contains the applicants' name, roll number, and marks. Category-wise final merit list will be announced soon after. According to the exam-conducting body – St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, admissions to the Three-Year BMS Programme are based on Merit lists which are time bound. Also, if a candidate in the first Merit list fails to complete the admission process and pay the fee before June 22, then their candidature shall lapse and the candidates in the Second and subsequent merit lists will be offered admission. The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the BMS entrance test as well as the board exam. The ratio of weightage of the St. Xavier’s BMS 2018 and Class 12 board exam is 60:40.
