SPJIMR Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before applying for SPJIMR PGDM admission 2025, candidates must ensure that they have a strong and consistent academic background. Performance in class 10, class 12, and graduation are considered in the selection process.

Grade 10 and Grade 12

• The final percentage will be calculated based on the aggregate of all subject scores mentioned on the mark sheet, regardless of whether the university/board considers all subjects or not.
• If the board/university awards grades or CGPA, the conversion rule will be followed as applicable. The conversion certificate needs to be furnished during the verification process if shortlisted.

Graduation

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by any university recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
• Candidates who will be appearing for the final qualifying examination or those who have completed the degree but are awaiting results can also apply. However, such applicants should have obtained 50% marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination. In such a case, applicants must provide a provisional certificate from the Principal/ Registrar of his/ her institute/ college stating that s/he has appeared for all the exams and has completed all the obligations required to obtain the degree. Such applicants, if selected will have to provide the degree awarded by the University latest by December 31, 2025, until which the admission will be on a provisional basis. The candidature will stand cancelled if applicants fail to submit the required documents of verification by December 31, 2025.
• If any institute provides grades/CGPA instead of a percentage score, a conversion of the same will be required. If no conversion is available/ provided, then the admissions office will calculate the percentage by dividing the CGPA obtained to the highest CGPA possible and multiplying the result by 100.

Work Experience

• It is not mandatory to have work experience. Graduates who have no work experience or candidates having less than 5 years of work experience will be eligible to apply.
• Only full-time work experience after graduation will be considered. Candidates who have done internships/training/project work will not be considered to have work experience.
• Candidates must provide proof of work experience through salary slips and experience letters.

SPJIMR will release the cutoff based on the CAT 2024 score. Applicants who meet the cutoff criteria will be shortlisted for the selection rounds of SPJIMR admission 2025. SPJIMR PGDM cutoff program is as follows:

SPJIMR Mumbai Admission Selection Process 2025

Candidates will be shortlisted for the SP Jain MBA admission process based on their profiles and entrance test scores. Students are expected to meet the qualifying score of CAT 2024 or GMAT. The profiles are then sorted into two groups:

• Profile-based
• Profile cum score based

Profile-based

In this profile, shortlisted candidates will be called for an early interview. The following factors will be considered for shortlisting:

Profile cum score based

This phase will be conducted after the availability of CAT 2024 and GMAT scores. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the factors mentioned above and their performance in the entrance test.
