The next step is to enter your CAT actual or expected percentile and click on the button ‘Unlock Badge’ button.
You will now be asked to enter a few details related to your educational qualification. Enter the details correctly and click ‘Submit’ button.

Common Admission Test or CAT is the most competitive MBA entrance exam of India taken by around 2 lakh candidates each year. Conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management, CAT is the most popular entrance exam for the admission to 20 IIMs and around 100 B-schools across India.
The total number of seats for the 20 IIMs is around 3700. The seats are expected to increase by the upcoming academic years as per the plans of MHRD.
According to the CAT exam pattern there are three sections with a total of 100 questions to be answered within 180 minutes. Candidates are not allowed to switch from one section to another and they will be allowed exactly 60 minutes to attempt one section.

To be honest, this is not the time for pondering what might happen. This is the time to give all your concentration in memorising what you have learnt. Remember that you cannot go to the future and make any changes. All you can do is make sure your present is good because it is in your hands. We understand that this is the exam that your future depends on. But also remember that this is just a Mock Test and not a real test. So keep that in mind and work hard for few more days. Who knows, you might surprise yourself with a better percentile? Just to let you know how CAT percentile is calculated.
Now CAT has 3 sections. The Verbal Ability section and Reading Comprehension has 34 Questions, Data interpretation-Logical Reasoning section has 32 MCQ questions and Quantitative Ability has 34 MCQ questions totalling up to 100 questions. Each Question has 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark. There are also Non MCQs which do not have negative marking. This answer is being written by taking QA sections as an example.

Once you download the admit card, doesn't it give you an option to affix a photograph on the admit card? You need to affix a passport size photograph and not stamp size photograph. You do not want to be under the fear whether you will be allowed for the exam or not due to a photograph on the admit card. If you have pasted a stamp size photograph, please download the soft copy of the admit card again and affix a passport size photograph. Take atleast 2 prints of the same and keep them until the whole admission process is done with.
