Get UpdatesHPU MAT exam 2024: Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test or HPU MAT is the management entrance test conducted by the Business School of Himachal Pradesh University for admission to its MBA programme . The authority issued the HPU MAT exam notification on the official website- hpuniv.ac.in. The authorities commenced the registration process for HPU MAT 2024 in online mode on April 23. Candidates will be able to fill and submit the HPU MAT exam form till May 10, 2024.

The application fee for HPU MAT 2023 is Rs. 1000/- in the case of General Category candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST/ EWS category candidates. Around 3,000 candidates will appear for the offline exam (paper-pencil) every year. The HP University, Shimla offers around 50 (15 Subsidized + 35 Non-Subsidized) seats through this test.

As per the HPU MAT exam notification, the window for the application form for HPU MAT 2024 has been opened in online mode on April 23. Candidates will be able to fill out the HPU MAT 2024 application form till May 10.
To fill out the HPU MAT 2024 application form, candidates are required to have a scanned copy of their passport size photograph & signature, a scanned copy of the candidate’s parent’s signature, passing certificate(s) and mark sheet (s), and a valid mobile number & email address.
The application fee for the General and Reserved categories is Rs. 1000 and Rs. 500 respectively. The fee can be paid via net banking, credit/debit card, and bank challan.

The HPU MAT 2024 entrance exam will be held on June 6. As per the HPU MAT 2024 exam pattern, the exam will be an offline test (paper-pencil medium).
The duration of the exam is two hours and is composed of 200 multiple-choice questions divided into four sections - English Comprehension & Language, General Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, General Knowledge & Business Awareness, and Numerical Ability & Data Interpretation.
Each section has around 50 questions and each question carries 1 mark. The exam doesn’t have negative markings. Candidates are advised to attempt all the questions. The exam is conducted at multiple centres across Himachal Pradesh including Mandi, Palampur, Shimla, Chandigarh, Dharamshala, etc.
Candidates are advised to prepare according to the HPU MAT exam pattern 2024. It'll allow them strategies their preparation.
HPU Business School will issue the admit card for HPU MAT 2024 exam in online mode tentatively in the last week of May. To download the HPU MAT 2024 admit card, candidates have to visit the official website and log in with their HPU MAT registration id and password. The HPU MAT 2024 admit card will be available to download now.
To appear for the exam, candidates must carry the HPU MAT admit card 2024 to the exam centre. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card. Keep a copy of the admit card until the completion of the admission process as it’s required at every stage.

HPU MAT 2024 results will be declared in online mode. The test-takers can easily check and download it from the official website. The HPU MAT 2024 result displayed the overall score of the candidates. Qualifying candidates will be called for the selection rounds – Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.
The HPU MAT cutoff 2024 will be released after the declaration of the result. It’s the minimum mark that a candidate needs to score in order to get shortlisted for the admission process. HPU Business releases the cutoff for all categories including General, SC, ST, and Subsidised & Non-Subsidised seats.
The candidates who meet the HPU MAT 2024 cutoff criterion enter the selection process that includes GD and PI. Overall performance in the exam and the selection rounds leads to final admission.
The cutoff of HPU MAT 2024 depends on various factors such as the total number of candidates appearing for the exam, the number of candidates qualifying for the entrance exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, and the total number of seats available.

The selection process for HPU MAT 2024 will take place after the result and cutoff are announced. On the basis of the cutoff, candidates will be shortlisted in the first stage. The HPU MAT 2024 selection process consists of Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Then, the shortlisted candidates will appear for GD and PI.

Himachal Pradesh University Management Aptitude Test 2022 will take place on 26.05.2022. This is tentative date and might change based on any further announcement so you will have to keep yourself updated. The eligibility criteria for the HPU MAT is that a candidate should have completed graduation from a recognized university with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC ST).

Himachal Pradesh University BUISNESS School has extended the application form filling allowance upto June 11th. The last date to fill the form earlier was 30th of May which is successfully officially extended now.
HPUMAT examination has 4 subjects ie 4 sections namely
English Comprehension & Language
Numerical Ability & Data Interpretation
Reasoning
Business Awareness
And the available seats are only 60 so you need to score well in this examination.

Currently, the result has not been decleared by HPUBS. The result has been slightly delayed.
It should come out under 2-3 days. Last year, the results were decleared on 9th June.
