Dear Student,
You have very good percentile in XAT which is 86 According to previous year cut off of XAT of KJ somaiya institute you have good chances as previous year the cut off was 75 for all the pg courses.Apart from this other parameters will also be counted like personal interview(25%),CA(17%)achievements(8%),work experience(5%),past academic record(10%) and 35% for XAT exam so you have good chances based on your percentile, and CA and PI as these have more weightage you can visit below for more detail https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/simsr-cutoff/amp

Hi
With XAT score of 66 percentile you don't hold chance in Top most B schools accepting XAT like Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, but yes you have chances in following B schools :-
*Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune *Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra *Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad *Gitam School of International Business *FIIB New Delhi *VESIM Mumbai *Vishwa Vishwani Hyderabad *Acharya Bangalore B-School - ABBS Bangalore *GIBS Business School - GIBS Bangalore *SGPC’s Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai *RSB Chennai: Rajalakshmi School of Business
Apart from your XAT score, the B- schools may also consider other criteria for shortlisting candidates like past academic record , work experience etc

Dear aspirant,
As per your question, you told your cat and xat both the scores are very low and didn't reach the cut offs so it is impossible for you to get any tier 1 or tier 2 colleges.
You should also give seperate exams for colleges like gitam University and for the colleges in Bangalore and Maharashtra.
