  • TISSNET TISSMAT
  • SRCC GBO ENTRANCE TEST
  • CMAT
  • MAH CET
  • LPUNEST
  • BHU PET

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 18th Jan, 2021

Hi

With XAT score of 86 percentile you don't hold chance in Top most B schools accepting XAT like Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, but yes you have decent chances in following good B schools :-

*SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai
*Prin. LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai
*Institute of Rural Management, Anand
*Amity Business School, Noida
*TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal
*Prin. LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Mumbai
*Institute of Rural Management, Anand
*Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad
*Xavier Institute of Social Services, Ranchi

Apart from your XAT score, the B- schools may also consider other criteria for shortlisting candidates like past academic record , work experience etc

What is the sectional cutoff required for XIMB in verbal ability in xat ?

anirudha vats 26th Feb, 2021

Hey,

Xavier Aptitude Test is a very reputed exam and tough to crack. Therefore apart from XLRI no other college have sectional cut off in XAT.

As far as XIMB is concerned fetching a percentile of 90% will surely help you fetch a call from the college. There is no sectional cut off to be eligible for the exam. Only overall cut off of percentile is considered. If it's above 90% percentile and you have separately registered in the college you will get a call. Don't worry.

All the very best.

Thank you

My XAT percentile is not good. But I have scored 45+ in MICAT-1? Can I expect a call? Also, while shortlisting candidate for GEPI which scores are considere?

anirudha vats 26th Feb, 2021

Hey,

First of all Your question is not clear. But I am still answering it in The easiest way possible.Different colleges have different percentile cut off for both the exams, XAT and MICAT. Alongwith that not all college accept both the marks.

You will be called for GDPI as per your percentile. If your percentile meet the cut off of the respective college you will be called for it.

If you have scored good marks or percentile in MICAT then you should apply in good colleges that accepts the marks of MICAT.

hope that helps.

Thank you.

I have a low score in CAT (34 percentile) as well as XAT(20 percentile). Should I apply at IIFM, Bhopal? I really like that college but I dont know if I should apply or not!

ayanmukherjee045 19th Feb, 2021

Dear aspirant,

With this percentile in CAT and too in CAT it is impossible for you to get call from this college as the sectional cut off for each section(overall) 80 Percentile and for each subject it is 50 percentile.
