It is nit possible to predict the exact percentile based on scores as it dediced according to the number of people who have written the exam and and scored below you. However, your overall raw score is calculated by adding up you section-wise raw scores. So except for the GK section , the raw scores of other 3 sections which are verbal, decision making and quantitative and DI are taken ,and assuming you have mentioned the sectional raw score , for 9.5 the percentile will be around 85 and if the overall score may range between 28 to 30 the percentile would be around 89 to 90. Below is the possible percentiles for overall raw score ranges .

Hello student, in your questions you have not mentioned the other two sections marks. So it is difficult to  predict the percentile. According to your questions inwhich  you have mentioned  only 8.23 marks for three sections  is not sufficient for predicting the percentile.

You should have to clear all the details  in your question.

In XAT you have got 8.23 in three main sections. If you got in each main 8.23 in3  each of the sections then your marks should be 24.69. this marks only counted-

as for your percentile because the gk marks is not counted in the total marks obtained in this exam but the gk marks is taken for allowing the student for other sections and create an opportunity for further shortlisted candidate for interview.

This marks to 24.69 your  percentile ofmarks maybe 74to72.

percentile score is based on performance of all candidates for any particular exam, percentile score is not the exact score , it shows the status of candidates. percentile  is the  calculation process  of the percentage of candidates below a candidate on the rank/ merit list, for example, suppose a candidate gets 90 percentile,  it indicates that 90 percent of the candidates participates in the examination with that candidate  scored less than him/her. XAT percentile is a measure for enlisting  candidates based on their performance. XAT 2021 will be conducted on Sunday, January 3, 2021. The XAT score is being used by more than 150 institutes for the admission.

• The difficulty level for XAT 2021 was difficult as compared to previous year papers.
• This year XAT Exam 2021 was being held in three shifts in an online mode.
• Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions have been introduced this year onwards where you have to use the virtual keypad appearing on the computer screen to enter the numerical value.
• Negative marking of 0.10 mark per questions will be given for eight unattempted questions while a penalty of 0.25 will be given for an incorrect response made by you.
• There is no descriptive paper this year.
• The timing was reduced too.
• No negative marking is there in the General Knowledge section.

XAT is considered to be tough compared to other MBA exams  . Its scoring pattern of +1 mark for each correct answer and -0.25 mark negative marking makes it difficult to score beyond 35-40 marks.It is difficult to predict the exact percentile as it depends on the number of people who qualify the exam and the marks everyone score. This is the approximate percentile score, according to the raw score range ,based on previous trends.So as per this assumption , 15 marks would give you a percetile score of around 50-60 approximately.Please not that it just an approximation and not an exact prediction.
