Spot admission means you need to participate in counselling offline at centre where you have to pay some amount which is fixed if you get any college,there you will get freedom to choose between vacant seats in different colleges.

 TS ICET Counselling 2019 - Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced the schedule for final phase and spot round of counselling for TS ICET 2019. The date for exercising of options after verification of documents for final and spot round is from 24 august 2019 to 27 august 2019.

Yes, your previously allotted seat will be freezed for you until and unless you get seat in 2nd counselling. If you don't get seat in 2nd counselling your previous seat will be there for you. But if you get seat in 2nd counselling then your previous seat will be alloted to others.

TSICET is entrance exam to do your graduation in MBA and MCA

Based on your ranks nd caste there is a chance of getting any particular college so based on your rank there is a few chances to get Admission in your preferred college I.e badruka college but it is one of the top Colleges in Hyderabad so already first couselling has been completed so there is a few chances to get Admission and also maynot get Admission if there is no vacancy try your luck

Hey Rajkumar! According to my knowledge 2nd round of counselling dates are not announced yet. DTE Telangana is yet to announce the TS ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for TS ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the DTE Telangana will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of TS ICET 2019 counselling.

If you have good rank in TSICET then go through that. If you can afford for a Management seat then for got it in good colleges. Try to join in good colleges. Though your rank is good you are not eligible for scholarship as you said. So you have to pay fees from pockets better to invest in good college.
