The dates for second phase counselling of TS ICET 2019 has not been announced yet. The Department of Technical Education will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. In case there is a shortage of students then TS ICET second counselling dates will be announced.

After completion of second couselling only MBA classes will start if you heard before second couselling only classes will start then it's definitely not true don't worry after completing second couselling even after some days college will start and dates for second couselling notification not at came

Classes for MBA or MCA will start after second couselling and government of telengana not yet announced dates for second couselling it takes some time because as per now self reporting process going on even after second couselling it takes nearly a month to start your classes because students alloted for a particular college in second phase need to do some process same like first couselling process and after that colleges will start we can't estimate particular date

If your not yet all interested in this college and like to attend second couselling that's up to you but remember almost all the seats are filled in all top colleges you may not get good college in second phase .I would like to give you a suggestion pay and do all the process for your first alloted college to hold your seat and then attend second couselling after completing second couselling if you got good college in second phase then put trasfer of your money to second alloted seat so by this way you will have two choices neither first seat or second ..and yes you have a chance to attend second couselling

After completing second couselling it's takes few days to start college has there is alot of process so after completing counseling and as per allotment students will register in particular college so it takes sometime so after second couselling immediately college will not start it takes nearly a month to start classes

Let me clear your doubt. To be a enviromental engineer  its not compulsory to take biology as main subject in class 11 and 12 rather than togo in environmental engineer program the eligibility criteria you should have physics, chemistry, and mathematics as a main subject in class 11 and 12.

I will suggest you to report personally to college so they will assist you what you need to do and what procedure you need to follow.

You don't need to panic but it will be better if you report asap to college.and please give a good reason if they ask for being late.
