If you don't get seat in 2nd phase then your previous seat will be there for you. Once you get a seat in 2nd phase then your previous seat will be alloted to others. But your previous seat will be there as you were not alloted seat in 2nd phase so don't worry.

A self finance university is one which does not receive any financial aid from the Central Government of India or from the State Government where it is located. They also do not get any financial grants from the UGC nor do they get any benefits from UGC.

If you have an income certificate and belong to nay category then may be you will get a fee reimbursement only.and if you don't have any scholarship etc you have to pay fees of college where you will get admission.

There are very less colleges whose fees is less than 27000, you can try for Dr BR ambedkar open university whose fees is 20,000.
Department of business management, Hyderabad have a budget fees also.
Maulana azad national Urdu university, MBA fees 21000.

Since you have paid for the seat that you have received in the 1st round, the seat has got reserved for you. So, even if you participate in the 2nd round, you will not lose the seat that you have received in the prior round. Thus, you can go for the seat that you have received in the 1st round if you don't like the college that you have received in the 2nd round.
