The cutoff is not released by the authorities and it will be released on the official website.Cutoff changes every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,category etc factors,so its quite tough to say exactly the cutoffs.as you did not mention your category considering you from GEN category, 47 percentile would fetch score around 14 based on previous year analysis , and your score , you can have chances in the following colleges :

Loyala College cutoff is goes from 35-40.

So you have less chance if getting these college as per your actual score. As per your marks and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get as per your TANCET MCA marks are:-
