There's no particular cutoff for Mtech in Amrita vishwa Vidyapeetham University, you get direct admission if you have qualified GATE, while for non-GATE students get admission through their performance,
While you have a good and valid percentile score in TANCET, you can apply for the admissions and you have to wait for the final list.
As you have 70.770 percentile, you have a good chance of getting selected.its better if you go apply for the admission as soon as possible.
