CAT Percentile Predictor/Result Predictor requires you to earn a badge by clicking on “Unlock Badge”.
Upon unlocking the badge, you would see the “Predict Now” button in the bottom of the tool.
Ensure that you enter your actual CAT 2018 Registration Number, Date of Birth and Slot Number
Enter the number or percentage of questions you have attempted in the first slider or the space provided
Enter the percentage of questions which you have marked with 100 percent accuracy
The next step is to mark the difficulty level of the exam in terms of ‘Easy’, ‘Medium’ and ‘Difficult’
Remember, the result generated in the CAT Percentile Predictor is based on the usages of multiple candidates in order to predict a more accurate result. Important points to remember while using Careers360 CAT Percentile Predictor 2018
Candidates can enter their registration and slot details only once.
Candidates can change their slider inputs about the percentage of questions attempted and difficulty level for maximum five times.
If Candidates are using the CAT percentile calculator for the sixth time, they will see their result based on the most recent input. However, the predicted result will vary from what they got last time because the number of users would have increased in between.
As per the CAT 2018 exam pattern, it will be a computer-based test of three-hour duration with three sections: Verbal and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. There will be a total of 100 questions in the exam. Each correct question will get three marks while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
CAT 2018 will be conducted by IIM Calcutta in 147 centres across India. Around 2 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the test.
