I see that you have just mentioned your rank and nothing else. But you must know that the college we can get depends upon other two extreme factors as well :

Preferred course - Whether you want to pursue MBA or MCA as both have different cutoffs.And as observed , the cutoff ranks for MBA are usually less than MCA.

Category -  There are different cutoff ranks for different categories. It can be the case that for the same college , the cutoff rank for one category is 1k while for any other category , it can be 16k. So it is a major factor.

Since you have mentioned none of these factors , i assume you to be a general candidate , then you can get the following colleges for MBA as per the previous cutoffs:

Mahatma gandhi univ. College of commerce and business

MVSR engineering college

Sri nidhi institute of science and technology

Since your rank is so good , there are still many other colleges which you can get with this rank.You can predict your chances in all the colleges by checking the previous year TS ICET cutoffs using the following link :

Note that the names of colleges that i have predicted for you is just on the basis of previous year cutoffs. And since cutoffs fluctuate  every year , there can be a change in the predicted colleges as well. But for sure , you will get a good college.

Well the authorities have declared TS-ICET results. The counselling fee payment date is 6th to 8th August, 2019. For document verification the date is 8th to 10th August, 2019. It really depends on your college, and how they respond to your request. So, you have to confirm it from your College administration and then you can do it accordingly. But according to my experience , they will allow you for your situation, but at first you have pay full fess and then if you provide the certificate then only they will think about reimbursement.

Hi Sai,

Not having a residential certificate is a drawback but, don't worry about that much. Because you can still can go to any nearby notary's office or collectrates office and apply for the residential certificate there.

For this, you need to submitt your class 10th abd 12th marksheets; your daye of birth certificate;  residential address proof;etc, to apply for the residential certificate.

And, as soon as you get one just submit it in the respective college. Also, if you are unable to submitt it during counselling / admission time, then talk to the college athourities about this issue & hopefully they will give you some extra time to submitt that residential certificate later.

You are eligible for a fee reimbursement of 35000 rupees.you have to pay rest of the amount by yourself.

Full fees reimbursement is only for top 1000 rankers.

But your annual income should be less than or equal to 2 lakh for eligibility.

No problem if you didn't get your certificates yet, you can submit your custodian certificate instead. And later when you receive your original certificates then you can submit it again to the TSICET officials or directly to the college in which you have taken admission.

if your original certificates are not available , then you can show your internet print out result. some times they ask for a letter from college authority , explaining the cause that original certificate is not available. you can issue the letter fron director or principle from college.
