Fee reimbursement is asusual the others but I think you may not get a good seat in college with such rank so may you not be well satisfied with the seat you get with tsicet government counselling so if there is any possibility for getting through management quota then you shall try in that way.

Hello aspirant. As you mentioned that your rank is 13050 in ts icet, there are some colleges where you can get admission. The most important thing is that getting an admission in any college is mainly based on your category. As you did not mention your category we cannot say that you can get admission in particular college.

The students are admitted through Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) including foreign students whose admission is through Osmania University. 

Thus, you need to qualify ICET exam for admission and it is on basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.
