I think your rank is good and you also belong to BC so it may help you but even after getting this good rank it bit difficult to get nizam college or Osmania University because of their demand and standard it is pretty high as compared to the previous year but no need to worry you may apply for both you may have some good chances maybe you get this institute.

Hello Kavya, If you are eligible for Fee reimbusement then you need not to pay any tution fee for the college, the Government will bare all your fee amount.
