1) through couselling

2) management 

If you don't want to go through counselling then you need to buy your seat in your preferred college if you want to do mba or MCA in any particular College then directly

Hey Prasuja! Definitely you can go for other college in second phase of counselling or can also sit in other rounds of counselling. If you don't report to the college within a given period of time then the alloted seat is cancelled so don't worry go for your dream college.
