Hello Madhavi, You can save or freeze your options, the TSICET will lock your preferences only and coming to allotment they will quick view your options based on rank and will allot a seat for you.

The seat allotment is released today that is on 16 August 2019 . So candidate who are qualified in the exam appeared for the web-based counselling seat allotment result.
