Unlike GATE, GPAT exams the validity of TS ICET is one year only. So with the rank secured in 2018 can only be used to take admission for the academic year 2018-19. You cannot use 2018 rank now to take admission. You can use your TS ICET 2020 rank to get admission for the academic year 2020-21.
