In Telangana the Backward category is classified into BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D and BC-E. So we have to know to which BC category you belong to. Nevertheless, here is the previous year cut off for admission into MCA is Osmania University, Hyderabad

Considering the previous year cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in OU regardless of your category. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

You have not mentioned your category and the course you are interested. Assuming that you belong to general category the TS ICET cut off for admission into CBIT, Hyderabad is as follows

Considering the cut off you may not get seat in CBIT whatever the course you have opted. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

To get seat based on your TS ICET score then yes, you should apply for the counselling. A notification will be released regarding the counselling along with the schedule. You need to register for the counselling by paying the processing fee. And get your certificates verified. After verification you will have to exercise web options in the candidate login portal and save it. Based on your rank, preferences and seat availability you will be allotted a seat. If you are satisfied with the seat allotment you can accept it in online and report in the allotted college and pay the fee. If you do not want to accept the seat then you can participate in subsequent round. The documents that are required are as follows
