I would suggest you to  choose the category you belong to. Now you have mentioned that you do not have Telangana caste certificate so I would say that if you have Category Certificate issued by the central government then that would also work and even if you do not have a certificate at all , you can apply for it as it does not take much time to be made. You can ask for some extension as they often give extra time for documents to be uploaded by the candidate.

The TS ICET Cutoff by rank for year 2019 for OC is 1158

Taking in consideration the previous year cut-off, it might be difficult for you to get admission in MBA program of CBIT through TS ICET
