Since the percentile score is made from your actuall score hence both are the same just in different forms,

With these marks you can not get any seat in open category. As the cut off is around 37.5.

But if you are st then the cut off is 22.5

for MCA, cutoff is not available. if you have a score below 100 then it will make you eligible for many colleges. as you mentioned your percentile score, normalized expected  rank range is 1-10.
