As I know you can get admission in btech field in VIT through the viteee the exam. Viteee conduct it's own entrance on the basis of rank in entrance the admission will be done. And in MBA admission is through CAT,GMAT,XAT ,CMAT,MAT as per the information available .

organizing body which is Anna University has released cutoff for year 2020. as you said your expected rank is 202 then your predicted score will be 44-36.
chances to get top score is very less as they accept upto 100 for general category only. for open category it will be -10 or more. You can choose college options which is present in your domicile state.

No tancet score are not required for admission in part time MBA in University of Madras. You can apply for part time course without that. Tancet is only required for admission in MBA full time course in Tamil Nadu.

TANCET Eligibility 2020 is prescribed by Anna University, Chennai. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks for General category(45% for SC/ST) students is a must to apply for MBA. Eligible candidates can fill TANCET 2020 Application Form at the official website which will be available tentatively from first week of April 2020.
Candidates from a recognized university with a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% (45% for reserved category students) in qualifying degree examination can apply.
Candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science / Information Technology) with Mathematics in 10 + 2 or at the graduate level and should attain a minimum 50% and 45% for reserved category in qualifying degree examination.
10+3 years’ diploma (awarded by the state Board of Technical Education) + AMIE*
