Unfortunately you cannot convert Anna University as cutoff closing marks well above 55 even in ST Category
You should rather go for lower end colkeges like Bannari amman institute of technology, GMK Gumidpundi,, KSR Erode College which jav ebetter chance of conversion.
You may get Anna university ceg campus and other good government colleges.

As per my knowledge the seat reservation for bc category is 26% so i will say you have chances but it depends on the roundwise cutoff as per previous years oc cutoff reached near 190 for core branches
Hi Gokul, anna university had around 45 MBC cutoff last year. Basis your rank, you can expect to get through a few pvt colleges so plz check those out. all the best.
