You have not mentioned which category you belong to and without that information , it will be difficult to answer.

As for admission in PSG College of Technology (Autonomous), Coimbatore is concerned, I can tell you about the 2019 data which shows taht you need a score of around 63+. For reserved category, it can go down upto 45.

I think you may get admission if your luck favours, because your score is very close to the cutoff and every year the cutoff varies on a number of factors.

This year nothing can be said with much certainty.

It is difficult to say exactly which college you may get based on rank alone because it will vary during the counselling process upon factors like number of seats available, number of applicants , the rank range MCA applicants have score etc. But based on your general rank your score must be around 30-40, please note that this is an estimation. Congrats on scoring well. You have a decent chance for good colleges but top ones like  PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore,University ,Anna University - CEG, Chennai may  be doubtful because this year the performance was better than last year so cutoff may increase a bit, also usually the cutoffs need will be higher for these colleges . However , you may go for University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai ,Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai , Loyola,MCC etc .Also note the college you may get  depends on the number of applicants during the counselling process , so you have a good chance for all decent colleges , attend the counselling and decide accordingly .

see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream. you did not mention what is your category. however based on previous years closing score you have chances for below mention colleges,

According to your category rank and previous year cut offs you have a low chance of getting the seat in ME Structural Engineering as this course has only 18 seats in total from where only 5-6 or less candidates gets the seat. If you want to wait, then till last round you have to wait or its better to have some other college in mind also so that if you not get this college then other might do the work.
