you have a high chance of getting Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) in M.TECH at SSN College of Engineering. Acording to last year cut off, the last candidate who gets a seat in ECE was around 5500. So, accordingly you have a greater chance of getting the seat at SSN College

Accoriding to your category rank (23) and percentile (98.8), you will get power electronics for your M.Tech course in CEG campus. Also you have to wait for some time because CEG campus will releases its lists on its official website from where you need to confirm.

You have mentioned that you have a raw score of 42and 98.4 percentile in tancet.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to and without that information , it will be difficult to answer.

As for admission in PSG College of Technology (Autonomous), Coimbatore is concerned, I can tell you about the 2019 data which shows taht you need a score of around 63+. For reserved category, it can go down upto 45.

I think you may get admission if your luck favours, because your score is very close to the cutoff and every year the cutoff varies on a number of factors.

This year nothing can be said with much certainty.
